Gameplay and paytable
Throne of Ra is a game with 5 reels and 20 fixed paylines from left to right; only the highest win per line is paid. The game's own info panel did not state an RTP figure, so it cannot be provided.
The payouts are read from the paytable at a bet of 200 PTS. The Wild symbol pays independently: five give 2000 PTS (10x the bet), four give 500 PTS (2,5x), three give 200 PTS (1x) and two give 20 PTS (0,1x). The highest picture symbols pay 750 PTS (3,75x) for five, 250 PTS (1,25x) for four and 50 PTS (0,25x) for three. A second group of picture symbols pays 600 PTS (3x) for five, 200 PTS (1x) for four and 50 PTS (0,25x) for three. The low card symbols pay 300 PTS (1,5x) for five, 100 PTS (0,5x) for four and 20 PTS (0,1x) for three.
Wild, Scatter and the Flaming Frames coin
The Wild symbol replaces all other symbols except Scatter.
The scatter symbol appears only on reels 1, 3 and 5 in the base game; three Scatters trigger 20 free spins.
The coin symbol (Coin) activates the Flaming Frames feature: the base game consists of cycles of 10 spins, and each coin that lands on the reels attaches a 'Flaming Frame' frame to that position for the remainder of the cycle. After the tenth spin, all attached frames are converted into Wild symbols, and the payout from the tenth spin includes both the spin's own win and wins from the Flaming Frames feature. After the cycle the progress is reset and a new cycle begins; the frames' positions and the spin count are stored separately for each bet level.
In the base game the coin symbol can also increase a progressive win multiplier (which starts at x1): the multiplier increases by one step each time a coin lands on an already active Flaming Frame, and the multiplier is applied to the win of that spin. The multiplier resets to x1 after the tenth spin.
Free spins
Three Scatter symbols trigger 20 free spins, where a different reel set is used than in the base game.
During free spins the coin symbol appears only on reel 5 and is transformed directly into a Wild which substitutes for all symbols. Each coin on reel 5 fills a coin slot under the high symbols (in the order High 4 to High 1); when all three slots under a given high symbol are filled that symbol is converted to a Wild on reels 2-5.
