Betportal is operated according to our brand registry by Credara Group Ltd, with a gambling licence ALSI-202601040-FI2 issued by Anjouan, an autonomous island in the Union of the Comoros. The presence of Telegram is worth noting — it is the channel many operators in this segment use as primary support, often faster than email but completely without traceability in any ticketing system. Opening hours are not stated, no phone line is mentioned, and it is not clear whether there is live chat or only a form.

The whole site runs on English. There is no Swedish version of either the interface or the terms texts, and the support consequently does not respond in Swedish.
