Fantasino Casino — review
Fantasino is a multilingual European casino that, according to its own footer, is operated by BAMLA LIMITED N.V., registered in Willemstad in Curaçao under number 164689, with the gambling licence OGL/2024/1258/0552 from Curaçao. Payments are handled by a sister company of the same name in Cyprus, BAMLA LIMITED, company number HE 449589. It is neatly reported — and it does not match what we have in our own register of verified brands, where Fantasino falls under AMGO iGaming Malta Ltd med maltesisk MGA-licens. Two entirely different companies, two entirely different jurisdictions, same domain.
The second thing we want to have up right here: "The Trustpilot profile for fantasino.com no longer exists. It is not empty and not removed by the company — it has been unpublished by Trustpilot itself, citing that the business violates the platform's guidelines. We found no mirror profiles. The rest of the review deals with what the site actually shows, what it withholds and what these two points should do to your threshold before you deposit money.
Rating, point by point
Five component scores that combine to 7.7
The subratings are set on the same basis as the rest of the site: what the operator itself publishes, what is in our brand register and what players report publicly. At Fantasino that third source is missing — and that has consequences in the table below, not as a formality but as a couple of whole points on the safety axis. Where a piece of information is missing it lowers the score. Silence is not rewarded.
| Area | Rating | Explanation |
|---|---|---|
| Game selection | 8,8 | Ten categories plus live casino with «Online now»-filter — unusually well-curated, but the number of games is not published. |
| Bonuses | 8,0 | Welcome package, reload bonuses and the tier program are shown in numbers — but only behind the Promotions tab, and without wagering requirements. |
| Payments | 7,4 | European fiat setup with a Cypriot payment agent, but neither methods, limits nor times are listed. |
| License & security | 5,8 | Curaçao license shown openly, but it conflicts with the registry and Trustpilot has removed the profile. |
| Customer support | 8,4 | Live chat, a dedicated support section and six language versions — however Swedish is not included. |
Quick facts about Fantasino
Everything that is published — and everything that doesn't
The information comes from two sources: Fantasinos own site, i.e. footer, terms pages and lobby, and our register of verified brands. Where the two don't say the same thing we print both lines instead of choosing for you. Where neither of them says anything it says "not published, and it applies to a strikingly large number of lines below — the entire cashier, the total game count and the whole withdrawals overview.

Pros and cons
Short version before the details
Arguments in favor
- The operator company, registration number, license number and payment agent are printed in the footer without obfuscation.
- The lobby is truly categorized: Megaways, Bonus Buy, Hold and Win and Jackpots appear as separate entries.
- The live casino has roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game shows as well as an «Online now» filter for tables that are currently staffed.
- Six language versions — English, German, Polish, Hungarian, Finnish and Spanish — which is unusually broad in this segment.
- Full legal package in the footer: AML, KYC, bonus rules, responsible gambling and terms and conditions as separate pages.
- The promotions page is open without an account and displays the amounts: 4×100 % up to 2,000 € with 200 free spins, Daily Reload 50 % up to 500 € and Weekend Reload 100 % up to 700 €.
- Live chat widget directly on the site, no account required to open the window.
Arguments against
- The site's stated license, Curaçao and BAMLA, does not match our registry, which lists Malta and AMGO iGaming.
- Trustpilot has removed the brand's profile for violations of the platform's guidelines — no player reviews can be read.
- The welcome figure is only visible under the Promotions tab — the homepage leads with a cashback banner instead, and the wagering requirement isn't listed on any promotion card.
- The cashier is completely unreported — no payment methods, no limits, no fees and no withdrawal times are published.
- No Swedish language version, which means bonus terms and KYC requirements must be read in another language.
- A Curaçao license provides weaker player protection than a European license, and no Swedish authority can adjudicate a dispute.
What Fantasino looks like
Three views — captured by us, unedited and just cropped
The images below are our own, taken in the browser without an account, unedited and only cropped. We don't use press photos. The cashier view is not included, and that's intentional: it's behind a login and we do not sign up to photograph it.
Welcome bonus and promotions
2 000 € + 200 free spins behind a tab — and the terms that aren't provided
Fantasino does something that's becoming more common in this segment: the homepage doesn't shout out any welcome percentage, but leads with a cashback banner, a promotions hub and a gamified loyalty program called Fantasino Levels. Only when you open the tab Promotions the numbers are shown — and they are actually printed there, without you needing an account.
This is how the package looks according to the campaign page: the banner promises «Begin with €2,000 + 200 Free Spins», and the Welcome Bonus card specifies it as four bonuses of 100 % each plus 200 free spins. Alongside that there are ongoing offers with their own caps — Daily Reload 50 % up to 500 €, Weekend Reload 100 % up to 700 € och Crypto Deposit Boost 10 % up to 200 € — and a Crypto Welcome Cashback at 20 % that, according to the card, have no wagering requirements. Further down are prize draws: Spinoleague 2026 with a pot of 12 million euros and Drops & Wins 2026 at 25 million. That's more published promotional substance than many competitors.
The objection is therefore not that the numbers are missing, but where they are placed and what does not come with them. A player who lands on the homepage does not see them — and the terms are not in any card: we find no wagering requirement for the welcome package, no max bet during the bonus, no validity period, no minimum deposit and no list of excluded games. The card with 20 % cashback is the only place where the word wagering requirement appears at all, and there only as a claim that the requirement is zero. The rules are written somewhere — the page Bonus Rules ligger länkad i sidfoten — men de följer inte med erbjudandet dit erbjudandet visas.
This is how the difference looks in practice. A casino that wants to be comparable writes «100 % up to X with 35× wagering» in the headline itself and lets you calculate in five seconds. Fantasino prints X but not 35×, which means you can compare the size of the package but not what it costs to cash out. We do not fill in that figure for the operator, and you should not guess it either. If you want to see how the same table looks when everything is printed you can compare with our review of Oxibet, where both the amount and the wagering requirements are displayed openly before registration.
There's also one thing worth understanding about level programs in general, regardless of which casino runs them. Levels reward volume, not luck. You climb by wagering money, and the reward comes afterwards — which means the program is effectively a discount on your own play, not a gift. There's nothing wrong with that, but it's a different product than a welcome bonus, and anyone expecting «free money immediately» will be disappointed with a Levels-upplägg.
Our handling is therefore split: we print the amounts that actually appear on the promotions page, and we set not published on the terms lines that no promotion view shows. The subscore for bonuses comes in at 8,0 — higher than our initial assessment, because the package is spelled out in numbers and the promotion hub is unusually content-rich, but not higher than that, because the wagering requirement is the only number that decides whether a package is worth anything, and it doesn't appear until you've read Bonus Rules.
Wagering requirements and terms
The bonus terms, line by line — the amounts are there, the requirements are missing
The table below is split in two, and that's exactly the point: the rows about "how much can be filled in from the campaign page, while the lines about what it costs to cash out are left blank. The source column shows where the information comes from when available — and a dash means we haven't found it anywhere in the published material.
| Terms | Fantasino | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome bonus, percentage and cap | 4×100 %, total up to 2 000 € | Promotions page (Promotions) |
| Free spins in the welcome package | 200 free spins | Promotions page (Promotions) |
| Wagering requirement | Not published | Not mentioned on any promotion card; Bonus Rules require reading |
| Max bet during bonus | Not published | — |
| Bonus validity period | Not published | — |
| Excluded games | Not published | — |
| Minimum deposit for bonus | Not published | — |
| Loyalty program | Fantasino Levels, gamified levels | The promotion hub |
| Ongoing promotions | Daily Reload 50 % up to 500 €, Weekend Reload 100 % up to 700 €, Crypto Deposit Boost 10 % up to 200 €, crypto cashback 20 % | Promotions page (Promotions) |
| Rules document | Bonus Rules is available as a separate page | Footer |
| Max win from bonus | Not published | — |
Six of eleven rows lack content, and all six are of the same kind: they concern what the bonus requires of you, not what it gives. That doesn't mean the terms are bad — it means you can compare Fantasinos' amounts with other casinos' amounts but not their cost with others' cost, and it's that latter half that determines whether a package is worth accepting. That the amounts are shown openly before registration is a clear plus; that the wagering requirement, max bet and validity period are not is the difference between an eight and a nine in the subscore.
The game selection
Ten categories, a live casino and no published game count
The lobby is Fantasino's strongest asset, and it is built by someone who has thought about how people actually search. The selection is divided into Popular, New, Slots, Megaways, Bonus Buy, Hold and Win, Jackpots, Tables och Other, and beside that there is a separate Live Casino. That sounds banal until you compare it to a casino that dumps its entire aggregated library into a single endless scroll: here you can get back to the mechanic you liked without having to remember exactly what the game was called.
That Megaways, Bonus Buy and Hold and Win are listed as separate entry points also says something about who the casino is aimed at. They are three of the most sought-after mechanics among players who already know what they want — high multipliers, directly purchased bonus rounds and respin engines with locked symbols. An operator that highlights them has an audience that asks for them, not an audience that clicks on the first game in the list.
What is missing, however, is a number. The number of games is not published, somewhere. This is typical for platforms built on aggregated libraries, where the catalog changes every week, but it still means we can't compare the breadth with any other casino on our list. We note the structure, not the volume — and that's why the sub-score for game selection stays at 8.8 instead of going higher.
Slots and the heavy mechanics
The slots section is where our readers end up, and it is divided so you can go straight to mechanics instead of browsing. The Megaways tab collects games with varying symbol counts per reel and the six-figure ways to win that come with them. The Bonus Buy tab gathers titles where you can buy directly into the bonus round — a feature that is banned in several European jurisdictions and that says something in itself about which license the platform runs under.
The Hold and Win category is the third pillar: respin games where cash symbols lock in place and the round is extended each time a new one lands. It's a mechanic that grew out of Asian and Eastern European studios and is now found at virtually all the major providers. The jackpot tab sits to the side, but whether it's network jackpots or local pots can't be determined without an account — and we don't speculate.
The live casino and «Online now»
The live section has roulette, blackjack, baccarat och game shows in separate rows. What is actually unusual is the filter «Online now», which hides tables without an active dealer. It sounds like a detail, but it's the kind of feature only someone who has themselves clicked into an empty table at the wrong time of day would build.
Which live studio supplies the tables is not shown on the front page. The combination of roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game shows is the standard offering from the two major operators on the market, but we don't name a provider we haven't seen mentioned anywhere. If you want to start in the game instead of at the casino you'll find our own walkthroughs in slots pool and in our collections.
Table games and more
Tables och Other catches the rest: RNG-based table games, and in the Other category the mix of quick games that nowadays belong to every modern lobby. Exactly what is there varies with the aggregator's catalog, and since the operator doesn't list the content we describe the category by its name and nothing more.
Overall, the impression of the lobby is clear: someone has spent time on the information architecture. That is not the same as saying the offering is large — we don't know that — but it is the same as saying the offering is understandable, and more than half of the casinos we review manage that.
Providers
The studios behind the games — and why we cannot list them
We have to be blunt here: Fantasino doesn't name a single provider in the published view. The lobby has a provider filter, so the list exists behind the filter, but it isn't visible from the outside and it can't be read without opening the interface in a way we have not been able to verify. We do not list studios we have not seen written, nor do we infer them from category names — the presence of a «Megaways»-tab means the licensing mechanic is used, not who uses it.
It's a downside, but a smaller downside than it sounds. Games are delivered via aggregator, and a slot behaves the same at every operator: the same math, the same certification, the same payout. What differs between casinos is never the game itself but everything around it — bonuses, withdrawals and dispute resolution. So the provider list being hidden affects your ability to choose a casino, not your chance on an individual spin.
We list providers in text and never as logos, because the studios' trademarks belong to them and not to us. If you want to go the other way and start at the studio instead of the casino you'll find our full lineup on the page about providers, with each studio's titles in our pool and our own sessions behind the numbers.
License and regulation
Two versions of the same casino
This is the site's most important section, so we take it slowly. According to Fantasino's own footer the site is operated by BAMLA LIMITED N.V., a company registered in Willemstad in Curaçao with registration number 164689, under the gaming license OGL/2024/1258/0552 issued by Curaçao Gaming Authority. Payments are handled under the same footer by BAMLA LIMITED med organisationsnummer HE 449589 on Cyprus. All of that is written out, with numbers, exactly as it should be.
According to our register of verified brands belongs to fantasino.com instead AMGO iGaming Malta Ltd and operates under a Maltese MGA license. It's not a nuance. It's a different company, a different country and a different regulator — Malta Gaming Authority is one of Europe's heavier gambling authorities, Curaçao is one of the lightest. We're not claiming one piece of information is false and the other true. We publish both, because it's the only honest thing we can do with two sources that don't line up.
What does such a gap usually mean? In nine cases out of ten that the brand "changed owner or platform. Domains are sold, operator companies are swapped out and entire player bases are moved between licences — and third-party registry data doesn't always keep up. So it can be completely mundane: an old Maltese entry that remains after a move to Curaçao. It can also be the opposite, that a Curaçao structure borrows luster from a previous European sign. We don't know which, and anyone who claims to know without documents is making it up.
What you should do about it, however, is simple. Read the footer on the page you're actually on before you register — that is the information that applies to your account and your money, not what a registry says. If the license is Curaçao-issued you have no European regulatory authority to turn to in a dispute over a withdrawal; you have the operator's own complaints handling and then the Curaçao authority, which in practice is difficult to bring a case before. Feel free to compare with Grailbet, where site and the register say exactly the same thing — that's what it looks like when nothing feels off.
Security and fair play
Encryption, legal documents and what we can't verify
The legal package is actually among the better in its weight class. In the footer there are separate pages for anti-money laundering rules (AML), customer due diligence (KYC), bonus rules, responsible gambling och terms and conditions. That an operator bothered to write five documents instead of lumping everything into a single terms page suggests a platform built to withstand scrutiny, not just to go live quickly. The site runs over an encrypted connection and is built as a responsive web app — it renders cleanly in the browser and no separate mobile app is marketed.
The games come from external studios via an aggregator, which is the most important technical safeguard here. A slot has the same math and the same certification at Fantasino as at any other operator; the random number generator resides with the studio, not the casino. What differs between operators is what happens around the game, and there we have less to go on than we'd like: no disclosure of independent testing labs, no published audit and no information on how customer funds are segregated.
And then the thing that matters most in this section.
Practically, the combination — unknown registry entry, Curaçao-license and removed review profile — means you should keep your exposure low until you've seen the system work with your own eyes. Deposit an amount you can lose without caring, make a small withdrawal early and save every receipt and chat transcript. It's the same advice we give everywhere, but here we mean it literally. How we reason otherwise is on the page about "how we test.
Insättningar
Deposits: a European cashier that shows nothing
Fantasino is built for a European audience. Six language versions, a euro-based setup and a payment agent in Cyprus all point in the same direction: this is a fiat casino with cards and bank payments at its core, not a crypto casino. That in itself is an advantage for anyone who wants to avoid currency conversions and wallet addresses. The problem is that we cannot show you a single method, for none of them are listed on the site before login.
If you're playing from Sweden, there are a couple of things to understand right away.
That the site not having a Swedish language version is a bigger deal than it sounds for the payments part specifically. Deposit limits, currency exchange fees and which wallet the money lands in are exactly the texts where a second language costs the most in misunderstandings — and the six available languages are English, German, Polish, Hungarian, Finnish and Spanish. Finnish is closest geographically but doesn’t help a Swedish reader. So you will read the terms in English, and you should read them slowly.
Withdrawals and verification
Withdrawals and verification: completely undisclosed
Normally there are two sources to weigh against each other — what the operator promises and what players report. At Fantasino both are empty. The operator publishes no processing time, no limits, no fees and no description of the verification process. And the players' voice is not available, because the Trustpilot profile has been removed. It's the first time in this review series that we have no indication at all of how withdrawals actually work, and you should factor that in.
What can still be said is structural. A Cypriot payment agent in the chain generally means a European acquiring chain for card payments, i.e. card payouts back to the same card and bank days rather than minutes. That the KYC document exists as a separate page in the footer means verification will be required — it's not a threat, it's standard and it's also good. The only question is "when it's made, and it's not mentioned anywhere.
Our advice is dull and consistent: do the verification immediately when the account is new, before you have anything to withdraw. Upload ID and proof of address, make sure the name on the payment method is your own and save receipts for your deposits. The single most common source of locked withdrawals across this industry is not malice — it's a document check that's done only at the largest withdrawal, after the player has already gotten used to everything going smoothly.
If you want to read how we reason about withdrawal times in general, and what separates a published timetable from an unpublished one, we have written about it in our guide to fast withdrawals. Short version: a published time can be held to, an unpublished one cannot. Fantasino publishes none, and that costs the casino points in our table even if every payout in reality would take an hour.
Payment methods: limits and processing times
Payment methods: what can be determined from
The table below is shorter in content than any other table we've published in this series, and that's the point. «Ej listad» means that the method does not appear in any published material — not that it is missing, but that it can't be confirmed without an account. «Nej» means we have grounds to believe the method actually doesn't exist.
| Method | Insättning | Withdrawals | Boundaries | Time | Source |

Seven of eight rows contain a «no». That's the cashier in a nutshell: it obviously exists, it has a named European payment agent behind it, and it tells you nothing in advance. For a player comparing three casinos before choosing, that's disqualifying in itself — not because the methods would be bad, but because they can't be weighed against anything.
How our review of the site went
What I did, in the order I did it
I review each casino in the same order and only write about what I have actually done. For Fantasino this means: I have gone through the site without an account, read everything that is published, checked against our brand register and tried to read player reviews. I haven’t deposited any money and therefore haven’t tested a withdrawal — and I'm not going to claim otherwise.
What makes this review different is that two of my five usual checkpoints gave answers I didn't expect: the register contradicted the footer, and Trustpilot had no profile to read. I report both items below in the order they appeared, including what I did to check them once more.
- 1 · Footer firstI always start from the bottom. Company name, registration number, license number and which legal documents are available tell you more about an operator in thirty seconds than the whole homepage. Fantasino passed that step with flying colors: company, numbers, license and payment agent were listed.
- 2 · Registry receivedThe next step is reconciliation against our brand register, and I paused there. The register lists a different company in a different country under a different licence. I read the footer twice to make sure I hadn't mixed up two tabs. I hadn't.
- 3 · Lobby and live casinoI count categories, test the search function and check whether the provider filter lists names. The structure is among the better I've seen — ten categories plus the live section with the «Online now»-filter — but no studio names were visible from the outside, nor any total game count.
- 4 · Campaign hubAt first I got the wrong impression. The homepage shows no welcome percentage, but under the Promotions tab the package is listed: 2 000 € plus 200 free spins, distributed as 4×100 %, with reload bonuses beside it. What I couldn't find on any card, however, was the wagering requirement, the max bet or the validity period. I clicked until the site asked for registration and stopped there, as I always do.
- 5 · Trustpilot — and nothing thereFinally I read the players' reviews. This time there were none: Trustpilot states that the business violates the platform's guidelines and that the profile is therefore no longer shown. I searched the brand name for mirror profiles and found none.
The conclusion after the review is that Fantasino is a well-built product with two gaps in the evidence that cannot be filled from the outside. The technology works, the lobby is well thought out and the footer is more honest than most. But one of my two independent checks contradicted the site, and the other could not be carried out at all. It is rare that both fail on the same casino, and that is why the site looks the way it does.
We flag every step we couldn't complete. An empty field is always more honest than a guess.
Customer support
Customer support: chat, six languages and none of them Swedish
Support consists of a "live chat widget that is displayed on the site and its own Support-section with help articles. The chat window can be opened without an account, which is always a small plus — it means you can ask a question about the terms before you register, and it's actually the best use of a chat at a casino that publishes its bonus amounts but not its bonus terms. Ask directly about wagering requirements and withdrawal times and save the answer.
Language support is perhaps the casino's strongest feature. The interface is available in English, German, Polish, Hungarian, Finnish and Spanish — six versions, which is unusually broad in this weight class and suggests that the operator has real markets in several European countries rather than a single English-language front. For our reader there is, however, an obvious catch: Swedish not included. Terms, bonus rules and KYC requirements must be read in another language, and those are precisely the texts where a misunderstanding becomes costly.
What players think of the support we cannot say anything about, as that data is completely missing. Usually we weigh how the operator responds to criticism publicly — does the company reply to one-star reviews, or stay silent? That question cannot be answered here. Our position therefore becomes: the channels exist and they are more numerous than at many competitors, opening hours are not specified, and you should treat the chat transcript as the only documentation you will have if something goes wrong. Submit issues in the chat, not by phone, and save the text.
Players' reviews
The profile no longer exists — and that in itself is a message
Source: Trustpilot — fantasino.com, avläst 3 augusti 2026. The profile has been unpublished by Trustpilot with reference to the business violating the platform's guidelines; neither rating, number of reviews nor individual reviews can be read. A search for the brand name «Fantasino» returned no mirror profiles on other domains, and therefore no reviews are shown on this page.
Responsible gambling
Responsible gambling: what's available and where to get help
Fantasino has a published page about responsible gambling and separate documents for AML and KYC in the footer. Which tools are actually available inside the account — deposit limits, loss limits, time limits, pause and self-exclusion — cannot be determined without registration, and we therefore neither claim that they exist nor that they are absent. The age limit is 18 years, and it applies regardless of what a casino happens to write elsewhere.
The most important thing for you playing from Sweden: the casino is not Swedish-licensed, neither according to the footer nor according to our registry. That means in practice that a suspension via spelpaus.se does not prevent you from playing here. If you've self-excluded in Sweden this is the line on the whole page you need to remember — the Swedish exclusion applies to Swedish-licensed operators, not to an operator with a Curaçao licence. If you need someone to talk to there is Support line on 020-81 91 00, open every day and free of charge.
Set a limit for yourself before you deposit, not after. Never play with money you need for anything else, treat bonuses as entertainment rather than returns, and stop for the day at a predetermined amount rather than based on a feeling. More about how we think about this, and more places to get help, can be found on our page about responsible gambling.
Inferno slots you find in the categories at Fantasino
Four titles from our pool that match the lobby's mechanics
We never link a casino to a slot we haven't reviewed ourselves. Since Fantasino does not name its providers, we are using mechanics this time instead of studio: the lobby has dedicated entries for Megaways, Bonus Buy, Hold and Win and Jackpots, and the games below are reviewed by us and belong in exactly those categories. It's a starting point for your search, not a guarantee that that particular title is available at the operator today. Our full lineup is available in slots pool.

What Fantasino is good for — and who should choose something else
7,7 out of 10 — neat product, two holes in the foundation
Fantasino is a competent European casino product. The lobby is among the best-organised we've gone through in this round, with ten categories and a live casino that even has a filter for tables that are staffed right now. Six language versions suggest real markets in several countries. The footer lists the operating company, registration number, license number and payment agent without any circumlocutions, and the legal package with AML, KYC, bonus rules and responsible gambling is more complete than many competitors.
But two things hold the rating back, and both are the kind that can't be compensated for with good design. The first is that the site's license information does not match our records: Curaçao and BAMLA LIMITED N.V. on one side, Malta and AMGO iGaming Malta Ltd on the other.
If you are a player who already knows what you're looking for in a lobby, reads English without trouble and is satisfied that the wagering requirement appears after registration, you'll get a well‑ordered casino with a generously printed promotion package and an unusually good live casino. If you want to be able to calculate a bonus before you choose, want to read what other players have experienced, or want a casino where site and register say the same thing — then this is not your casino. Look at the alternatives below instead, or compare the full list on our page with "all casinos.
